Worthington Christian Schools is pleased to announce that we are partnering with the Grace Christian Home School Group and The Grace Brethren Church of Columbus for an amazing opportunity to host and participate in a local and national Bible Bee!
The goal is to promote godly character in children and youth, ages 7-18, and to equip the next generation to be bold ambassadors for Jesus Christ! In addition to immeasurable heavenly rewards, there is over $260,000 in scholarships available for the winners of the national Bible Bee.
We are thrilled about the Bee and want to remind you of the dates for online registration which has been extended until May 15, 2009. To register online you will need the local Bee ID number which is 2009-0473, so please go to www.biblebee.org as quickly as possible. Curriculum materials are now available for download on the website as well. There is a small enrollment fee for each child participating. Pay Pal is an acceptable and convenient method of payment.
Since Grace Brethren Church of Columbus is hosting the local Bee on September 12, 2009 many volunteers and helpers will be needed, so please prayerfully consider helping in some way. Let us know if you have an interest in volunteering! At the end of registration, we will have a better idea of how many helpers we will need.
