Tuition Schedule

The Following Sections Are Taken from the Worthington Christian School’s Tuition Policy:

Annual Tuition

Families paying tuition on an annual basis are entitled to a three percent (3%) discount from the base tuition if paid by 7-15-08. Annual accounts not paid in full by July 15, 2008 will incur a late charge. First-time families enrolling after July 16 will be entitled to a three percent (3%) discount if paid within ten days of the enrollment date.

Monthly Payments

Tuition invoices are mailed approximately the 27th of the month and are due on the first of the month.

Payment Options

Please indicate your option as annual or monthly on the registration form. Once a payment option has been selected, an administrative fee of $35 will be charged in order to change to another option. Tuition payments can be made by cash, check or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) from your banking institution.

Payment Policy

Accounts must be paid in full by the 15th of the month. Accounts not paid in full will incur a late charge of 1.5 percent of the outstanding balance per month (18% per year) of the unpaid balance, with a minimum late charge of $10 per month. If the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, the next working day will be the last day to pay accounts to avoid incurring a late charge.

Returned Payment Policy

There will be a fee for $25 for all checks returned NSF and all returned EFT payments.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals after the first billing date of the new school year will incur a withdrawal penalty equal to two monthly tuition payments (see Tuition Policy).
