As a Community Impact Day service project, students at Powell Elementary and Westview Elementary put together goodie boxes for our troops. All students at WC performed community service for our annual fundraiser.

Jeff Mason received the boxes and wrote: "It was great seeing all the boxes in my office. I took them to one of my units and to soldiers in my building. They were very, very grateful. They all loved the encouraging letters from the kids. Some have mentioned that they are going to try and write back to the kids. So if you receive any letters from Iraq you will know they are from my soldiers.

Thank you again for the packages and the prayers. Please keep praying for my soldiers. Many do not know Christ."
