RenWeb ParentsWeb Signup
Please note: The form below is for parents of K-12 students of Worthington Christian Schools. If you are requesting a RenWeb account for a child in the Grace Early Childhood Center, do not use the form below. Instead, please see this document for information on requesting a Grace ECC RenWeb account.
In order to access RenWeb for WCS school information, each WCS parent and student must have their own individual email address registered in the WCS Renweb system.
Beginning in the 2011-2012 school year, each WCS Parent and Student also needs to have a unique ParentsWeb 'username' that is used to login to the WCS ParentsWeb system.
For simplicity, WCS recommends that WCS Parents and students create their ParentsWeb usernames to be the same as their primary ParentsWeb email address.
Parents and students who used WCS ParentsWeb last year (2010-2011) may already have their ParentsWeb email address and ParentsWeb 'username' setup in the WCS RenWeb system. To check to see if your email address and username are already setup in RenWeb, click here (opens in a new window) and then type in your ParentsWeb username and password, and click the LOGIN button.
If you receive the following message:
Error: Invalid Credentials
then please click on the text link 'Forgot Username/Password' that is on the ParentsWeb login screen, directly under the PASSWORD textbox. Clicking on the 'Forgot Username/Password' link will open a new browser window that asks for your current WCS ParentsWeb email address. Please enter your email address, and then click the RESET PASSWORD button. This process should cause an email to be sent to you with information about how to create your own ParentsWeb username and your own ParentsWeb password. If your fill in your email address and click the RESET PASSWORD button, and you receive the error message:
Error: Invalid Credentials. Please contact school administrator. (Code: 2)
then WCS does have your email address registered yet in our Renweb system. To send your email address to WCS, so that we can register your email address into our WCS Renweb system, please fill out the form below, and then click the Submit Email Addresses button.
