WCS uses a web-based school administration system called RenWeb to enhance communication between teachers, parents, and students. ParentsWeb is the private and secure component of RenWeb that gives parents and students 24/7 access to grades, attendance, homework and conduct, as well as access other useful school information such as the school directory.
ParentsWeb can be accessed using a Windows or MAC computer that has internet service. The recommended Windows method is to use Internet Explorer 8 or higher software; Firefox 2.0 or higher. The recommended MAC method is to use Firefox 2.0 software. Please note that for MAC users Safari software (which comes standard on most MACs) is not supported by RenWeb.
ParentsWeb can also be accessed using an Apple iPhone/iPad App called RenWeb Home that is available from the Apple App Store for an annual subscription cost of $4.99 per WCS family per year. The $4.99 fee is paid directly to the Apple App Store, and it covers all iPhones/iPad devices that are used within the family. An Android smartphone version of the RenWeb Home app is also available from Google Play. When first installed, the RenWeb Home app will ask for the WCS “District Code.” Note the WCS ParentsWeb District is WCS-OH.
In order to access the WCS ParentsWeb, students must be enrolled and parents must have a valid email address on file with the school. If you don’t have an email address on file, submit the form below and allow three business days to get your account activated. Once your email is active, you may set up your ParentsWeb account by following these simple instructions:

- Click Create New ParentsWeb Account
- Enter Your Email Address
- An email will be sent to your email address providing a temporary password and further instructions.
