An investment in the future.

Let’s cut to the chase. A Christian education is an investment, but we believe the return speaks for itself. Think about it – can you really put a price tag on the value of an education that reinforces the biblical truth your child hears at home and church? Isn’t it worth investing now to see your child graduate with a robust Christian worldview, an ability to apply Scripture to all areas of life, a commitment to life-long learning, a desire to be a responsible citizen, and a dedication to the local church?

We think so. But those outcomes don’t happen anywhere – they happen here. This Is WC, Central Ohio’s leader in K–12 Christian education, where we retain outstanding faculty, offer excellent curricular and co-curricular programs, recognize the connection between intellectual pursuit and Christian discipleship, and promote genuine community within our students and families.

Randy Steckel, finance director, knows the importance of helping you navigate such a significant investment. He works tirelessly to ensure that his team is friendly, helpful, and available for questions from prospective WC families. The finance department is eager to walk with you throughout the admissions process and beyond, offering exceptional customer service and putting your mind at ease every step of the way.

Don’t let sticker shock get the best of you. Dig deeper. Ask us questions. Explore what we offer. Consider the return you’d like to see and decide for yourself that a WC education is an investment worth making.

Tuition

Other Tuition-Related Fees

  • Application Fee (new students) | $50 | This is a non-refundable fee due when the application is submitted.
  • Continuous Enrollment (CE) Fee | $250 | This fee is due upon acceptance at WC and recurs each year until one of the following occurs: graduation, withdrawal or dismissal. The CE fee holds the student’s place for the upcoming school year.
  • Facility Fee | $500 per family per year | This fee will facilitate campus expansion and capital improvements. It will be billed along with tuition and will follow the same payment plan (annual or monthly).
Extended Care

For grades kindergarten to five, extended care options are available before and after school. Please contact the elementary school office for more information.

Payment Options

There is two payment options. Families may choose to pay their tuition in full and receive the discount listed below, or families may opt for the monthly payment plan that will cover 12 months.

Prepay Discount

A discount of $125 is extended to those families who wish to pay the entire balance up front. The payment must be received no later than July 15, to receive the discount. After that date, only newly accepted students may receive the Prepay Discount, as long as payment is made within 15 days of acceptance.

MSA Rate

A ministry support discount is extended to qualifying members and attendees of Grace Polaris Church. This discount is for those who support the church with consistent, systematic gifts and offerings.

FACTS

WC uses FACTS Management Company for tuition billing and collection. Families will receive more information about FACTS once a student is enrolled.

Financial Aid

WC offers limited financial aid to families who qualify based on financial need. The maximum award is 40 percent of annual tuition. Please note that most school families do not qualify for the maximum award. An application is made through an outside vendor, and there is a fee to apply. More information will be provided once a student has been enrolled.
