Your student’s success is our priority.
We want your student to thrive at WC. We also desire your family to experience our vibrant community fully. The following requirements for admission ensure we accomplish both objectives.
- Your family regularly attends an evangelical church and affirms WC’s Statement of Faith.
- Your student demonstrates, through their academic record and admissions assessments administered by the school, that he/she has attained a level of academic achievement that will allow their academic experience at WC to be successful.
- Your family understands and agrees to follow WC’s Handbook. High School | Middle School | Elementary School
The Admissions Process
Step 1: Apply
We accept applications throughout the year. Here’s what happens once the application, $50 non-refundable fee and all required documents are received:
- Student’s File Reviewed
- Assessment Scheduled
- Interview Scheduled
- Admission Decision Communicated
Applications may be picked up at any campus or click on the “Request Info” button.
Step 2: Accept
Admission decisions are communicated beginning February 15. Accepted students must complete online enrollment where you will submit a non-refundable $250 enrollment fee and create a FACTS tuition payment plan. Once you are enrolled, you may apply for financial assistance by logging into RenWeb and clicking on the FACTS link then scroll down and click on ‘Apply for Grant & Aid’. Families who qualify for financial aid have the greatest opportunity to receive assistance if the application is received by March 1, as awards are announced beginning May 1. Also during the Accept stage, you will register for classes, order uniforms, receive shuttle bus schedules, and be asked to submit state-required immunization and other medical and insurance records. Students entering grades seven to 12 who wish to participate in athletics must complete the entire Accept process including submitting all required forms before taking part in any workouts, practices, or team activities.
Step 3: Attend
Once you’ve completed the ACCEPT stage, it’s time to get ready for classes! Activities for new students and parents abound to make your transition to WC seamless.
