DEADLINE FEBRUARY 29 TO PAVE THE WAY (LITERALLY!) FOR FUTURE WARRIORS
Be a part of His Story.
For nearly five decades, God has been writing a story through Worthington Christian School. What started as a God-given vision and burden for a dynamic, academically excellent, committed-to-Scripture school became Worthington Christian School, a recognized leader in Christian education. The mission of WC, to develop the mind of Christ in students, has been spelled out in the lives of over 2,800 alumni since its founding in 1973.
God is now writing a new chapter in this story that will advance His purposes—the building of a brand new, first-class learning facility. As part of this new chapter, we’d like to invite you to be a part of this story, His story, here at WC.
Pave the way for future Warriors.
The founding verse of WC is Psalm 119:105, “Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.” As a Bible-based academic institution, WC endeavors to walk in the path that God reveals through His Word and His ways. Step by step, He has directed WC’s journey.
We’re inviting you to help pave the way for this and future generations of Warriors—literally. As part of the new Tom Anglea Upper School Campus that will be ready for the 2020-21 school year, there will be a special green space that symbolizes God’s light and path in the history of WC. This open space will be paved with bricks that you may purchase to honor someone, remember a loved one, or to leave a legacy for your family, class, or group.
Options and Opportunities
There are two options for being a part of this beautiful space—24” x 24” bricks for a gift of $500 each, or 4” x 8” bricks for $150 each. The deadline to purchase bricks is February 29 to have them installed for the September 13 dedication ceremony. Orders received after the deadline will be processed and installed each fall and spring. Proceeds from brick purchases will be used to offset the cost of purchasing furnishings for the new Upper School and the renovated Lower School.
There are unlimited options for your inscription. Honor someone, remember a loved one, or leave a legacy for your family, class, or group.
Gifts and order forms may be emailed or mailed to 6675 Worthington Galena Road, Worthington, OH 43085. If you have questions, reach out to Polly Shoemaker, director of advancement, at 614-410-4231 or by email.
