STAFF SPOTLIGHT: MOLLY KREMNITZER
Molly Kremnitzer has been coming alongside WC students for the past 11 years, helping them become strong students.
What is your role at WC, and how long have you worked here?
My current role is an Intervention Specialist for grades 10-12. I started with the kindergarten intervention program almost 11 years ago and then moved to the Upper School. My first class of kindergarteners are now sophomores at the Upper School.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your role?
My students who I call “my kids”. Watching them learn, grow, and become stronger students and well-rounded individuals is such a joy! I love it when they come back to visit and let me know how well they are doing. Makes my heart happy!
What is something interesting your students may not know about you?
Not too much – I usually work with my students for three years during their Upper School years – so we know each other fairly well. So, if I’m going to throw something out there – there may have been the possibility, while in high school, I might not have been the best driver.
