Description: WC Varsity Head Football Coach Jeff Hartings and his team are offering an opportunity for students entering grades 5-8 to participate in a summer program that will help develop the basic foundation for all sports such as speed, agility, quickness, change of direction, mobility, and strength training. Training will include basic running mechanic drills, cone and ladder drills for quickness, and age-appropriate bodyweight, dumbbell, and barbell strength training.  Every session will conclude with fun games like speedball, kickball, wiffleball, and basketball.

Grades: Incoming 5-8 grades

Dates: Monday and Thursday mornings, June 13 -July 28 (NO TRAINING on July 4 & July 7)

Time: 10:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Location: Worthington Christian Upper School weight room.

Cost: is $125 for 12 sessions. Financial assistance is available by contacting Coach Hartings.

Camp Safety Protocol: Safety protocols have been put in place to create as safe an environment as possible for their children.
