It’s hard to imagine what Worthington Christian Schools would be today without the generous financial blessings and sacrifices made by our community. Since 1973, many have walked with us as together we prepare young men and women to engage this ever-changing world for Jesus Christ. We are indeed blessed and thankful.
A lot has changed over the years including how we give. The most pronounced change affecting WCS is the increase in gifts directed (or restricted) to specific areas of interest. Conversely, unrestricted (gifts without limitations) have decreased making it sometimes difficult for school leaders to act swiftly and decisively at moments when doing so can make a real difference.
Today’s donors are often inspired to direct their giving to a personal passion. You have the opportunity to give to the area of WCS that matters most to you: Academics, Activities, Adopt-A-Student, Arts, or Athletics.
Each and every day, school leaders face opportunities to provide the margin of excellence our students, faculty, staff and coaches deserve. Your unrestricted gifts allow school leaders to act swiftly and nimbly in addressing school priorities, as well as unexpected opportunities and needs as they arise.
