Damian Synadinos unearths footage from the late 1980s.
A remarkable piece of Worthington Christian history has resurfaced thanks to alumnus Damian Synadinos ’92. While sorting through old materials, Damian discovered a collection of DVDs containing video footage from what was then known as Grace Brethren Elementary School.
Much of the footage dates back to the late 1980s and offers a nostalgic glimpse into campus life from that era. The videos feature familiar classrooms, school activities, and—most meaningfully—many former teachers and staff who helped shape the WC community.
Recognizing the value of preserving and sharing these memories, Damian uploaded the footage to YouTube, making it accessible to alumni, former faculty, and families who may not have seen these moments in decades. It’s a meaningful reminder of the people and experiences that have helped form the foundation of WC.
