It’s more than just a game.

We invite your organization to join us in championing excellence beyond the field, court, or track. By becoming an Athletic Sponsor, your organization invests in more than mere wins and losses. Your organization affirms the athletic department’s holistic approach, emphasizing principles that transcend the scoreboard and are guided by what it means to be a Worthington Christian Warrior.

Two options are available—Banner Sponsorships and GameTime Radio Sponsorships. Organizations may mix and match from the options below. Act soon as sponsorships are limited.

Banner Sponsorships

Showcase your support of Warrior Athletics with a 3’x5′ banner displaying your business logo. All banners include “Proud Supporter” and the Warrior Logo at the top.

GameTime Radio Sponsorships

New in 2024-25, the Worthington Christian Athletic Department is partnering with Neptune to create custom “radio stations” for sporting events that feature various genres of lyric-safe music. Your organization can invest in the athletic program while promoting your products and services (restrictions apply).

General FAQs

  • Can my organization’s investment be directed to a specific team?

    No. Athletic Sponsorships are about bolstering all athletic teams. If you wish to support a specific team, you can make a designated team donation here. Please use the comment section to communicate the team you want to support.

  • Can my organization sign up year-round?

    While Athletic Sponsorships are accepted year-round or until all spots are full, the sponsorship period is from July 1 to June 30, no matter when the sponsorship commitment is received. Renewal opens annually on March 1, with existing partners getting the first right of refusal.

  • Can any business register for an Athletic Sponsorship?

    All sponsorships must be approved. Decisions to decline a request are solely made by the school administration.

  • What “perks” does my organization receive in return for the sponsorship?

    Per IRS guidelines governing sponsorships, no perks or benefits are associated with your organization’s sponsorship.

  • Are there guidelines for what can or cannot be printed on the banner or communicated in the :30 promotional spots?

    Organizations may include their name, logo, product or tagline, location(s), phone number, and web address. Objective, value-neutral descriptions are also permitted (e.g., We are the only grandfather clock repair business in Central Ohio.)

    Organizations may not include language about pricing, value, and savings or qualitative or comparative language (e.g. We are the best grandfather clock repair business in Central Ohio.)

    School administration has final approval of artwork and promotional spots.

  • How will funds raised through Athletic Sponsorships be used?

    Use of the funds is at the discretion of the Director of Athletics in collaboration with coaches. Priorities will be set annually.

GameTime Radio FAQs

  • How many promotional spots can my organization submit or have produced?

    Title sponsors may have up to two :30 spots, whereas Level 1, 2, and 3 sponsors each have one.

  • Can we change out our promotional spot throughout the school year?

    Yes and no. If you have a pre-produced :30 spot, it can replace an existing spot. If production services are needed, the answer is no.

    Remember, all promotional spots must comply with the sponsorship guidelines listed in the General FAQs.

  • Do we produce the :30 promotional spot? Are pre-produced spots accepted?

    If necessary, the professionals at Neptune (aka GameTime Radio) will write and produce one :30 promotional spot (two spots for Title Sponsors).

    If your organization already has a :30 pre-produced promotional spot, it can be provided in an MP3 format.

    Remember, all promotional spots must comply with the sponsorship guidelines listed in the General FAQs.

  • Will our :30 promotional spot run at all sporting events at all levels?

    GameTime Radio will primarily be used at home junior varsity and varsity sporting events. GameTime Radio will be used at all basketball, football, soccer, and track events, and some baseball and softball events.
