Graduation information and more for this year’s seniors.
Senior Trip (March 19-26, 2026)
- Passport: Turn in your passport to Mrs. Meyers in the office as soon as you’re able. These will be kept in a safe and handed back to you at the airport the morning you leave for the DR.
- Senior Trip Parent Meeting: Monday, February 2 – It is absolutely necessary to have at least one parent present for this meeting if your senior is going on the trip. We will distribute important paperwork, materials, schedules, and information. Students may attend if they’d like, but their attendance is not required.
- Turn in your forms! These are due by February 2 to Andrea DiAsio in the office. (Forms can be turned in at the meeting if needed.)
- All seniors and parents must sign the Vision Trust Liability Waiver and Release Statement
- If you will be under 18 by the time we leave for the trip, you must complete and submit the forms below as well:
- SCORE Consent/Photo Release Form – You can sign and upload this to your managed missions tasks yourself, or you can turn it in to the office.
- SCORE Parental Consent Form – This form must be notarized. (Chelsea Meyers in the office is a notary if you need one! You can swing by the US office anytime, or you can find her at the parent meeting.)
- If you and another parent have shared custody, both parents must sign the form (these can be two separate copies).
- For the “team leader/chaperone” line, please see the info below for your child’s specific flight.
- Amstutz – Koran: Your flight team leader is Dan Roads
- Korodi – Zartman (AND Guirgis): Your flight team leader is Dawn McMahon

Graduation (May 24, 2026)
- Important Dates:
- Graduation Rehearsal: Thursday, May 21, 8:00am
- Baccalaureate: Thursday, May 21, 7:30pm
- Commencement: Sunday, May 24, 3:00pm
- Cap and Gown Orders: These will be delivered to the school and available to pick up during the first week of May.
- Senior Calendar: All events related to the senior class are/will be on this Google Calendar (including grad parties!).
- Grad Parties: If you would like to have your grad party added to the senior Google Calendar, please fill out the WC Senior Grad Party Form. (If there are any changes to your party info after turning in the form, you can contact Chelsea Meyers to update the calendar.)
- Baccalaureate Video: Please submit your pictures for our Baccalaureate video using our Google Album. These pictures should feature your class from any and all years at WC (Seder feast, 5th grade camp out, 8th grade Rube Goldberg, field trips, senior trip, gala, etc.). Think more group photos rather than individual as we would like to showcase as many students as possible.
- If you do not send in any pictures, DO NOT EXPECT TO BE FEATURED IN THE VIDEO. We simply cannot take the time to go through every photo and badger those who have not contributed – This is a problem we have every year and we just don’t have the time! However, we will do our best to feature as many of you as possible and represent the class well.
- The deadline to submit pictures is THURSDAY, APRIL 30.
