Cost: $200 Per Camper per Session. Please note that payment is required at the time of registration.

SESSION ONE: Discover the Science of Food
Description:
Inquiry-focused students will explore food science utilizing a variety of types of equipment. Topics may include: nutrition, food preservation, food decay, fermentation, baking, churning, freezing, frying, and food texture and taste.
Time: 9 AM – Noon
session two: discover the science of forensics
Description: Inquiry-based students will explore forensics from the viewpoint of Biology (DNA fingerprinting and genetics), Chemistry (solution analysis and chromatography) and Physics (collisions and blood spatter) and Geology (soil analysis).
Time: 1 – 4 PM
