Upper School Administrative Assistant | The Administrative Assistant is primarily tasked with providing administrative support to the Upper School office. To effectively carry out the tasks assigned, the Administrative Assistant would be organized, task-oriented, aware of appropriate deadlines, yet focused on accuracy, and comfortable with a significant amount of interaction with students, parents, faculty/staff, and visitors. Custodian/Facilities Maintenance – Lower School | This individual is responsible for preparing and cleaning lunch areas for K-2 and 3-6 Lower School buildings and ensuring facility cleanliness throughout the school day, including classrooms, common areas, offices, and restrooms. PART-TIME STAFF POSITIONS
Communications Coordinator | The Communicators Coordinator is responsible for curating and delivering content through various channels that inform and engages WC stakeholders. The ideal candidate can use messaging and images to reinforce WC’s mission, vision, and values. Candidates must demonstrate experience writing, creating social media content, producing attractive graphics, and learning various web-based platforms. Job Description | Application
Community Engagement Coordinator | The Community Engagement Coordinator facilitates involvement and connection through events, programming, and service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-minded, and eager to Initiate contact. Writer | Worthington Christian School seeks a proven writer to create engaging content for digital and print mediums. The ideal candidate can connect with the audience resulting in a unified voice that effectively and creatively communicates WC’s mission, vision, and values. Administrative Assistant | The Administrative Assistant provides professional and collegial support to the Advancement Team, managing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, working behind the scenes, demonstrates computer and database prowess, and is organized and detail-driven. This position is 10 hours per week.
Lower School Educational Aides | The Lower School Educational Aides (2) will work with students with special needs in the classroom, small group intervention, and support the goals outlined in a student’s individualized academic plan under the direction of the intervention specialist. Food Service | This position will work with the Upper School food service coordinator and staff in preparing and serving lunch for Upper School Students. The position is for Monday and Friday, with the option of adding a third day.
