Offices Closed March 30–April 6 for Easter Break. Wishing our community a blessed Easter as we celebrate the hope of Christ’s resurrection. Offices reopen April 7.

We want to provide the most engaging education possible for every student. While the WC student body excels as a whole, we offer additional opportunities to challenge students identified as academically gifted.

Our Programs

Grades 3-6

In grades 3-6, enrichment students work in small groups on projects related to their area of gifted identification – specifically math, English, and science. These projects are designed to stretch classroom learning and add new challenges to our curriculum.

Grades 7-8

Identified students elect into enrichment in their study hall time to tackle long-term challenges, working together to apply their skills, creating solutions, and deepening their understanding of the curricular content.

Grades 9-12

At the high school level, students in gifted programs are offered diverse tracks, allowing them to take honors-level courses and Advanced Placement (AP) courses in all disciplines. AP courses become available sophomore year and conclude with testing that may allow students to earn college credit.
