Graduation information and more for this year’s seniors.

Senior Trip (March 11-17, 2027)

  • Senior Trip Details: Please see our August Parent Meeting handout for details regarding the senior trip.
  • Passport: Check your passport. If you do not have a passport, begin the application process ASAP. If the passport is set to expire prior to July 2027, please begin the application renewal process immediately as well. Passport officials say it could be up to 16 weeks for the entire process. Please don’t wait!
  • Register for your Managed Missions SCORE Account:
    • Use this link: https://scoreintl.managedmissions.com/MissionApplication/Start/4419
Only use this link one time to submit your application. Once it’s been submitted and approved, you’ll receive a link to log directly into your Managed Missions page.  You’ll make any changes needed to your information there.  Only register with (1) email address.  Do Not register with a parent’s email and a student’s email address. Registering again with a different email address results in a duplicate registration.
    • The trip name to choose will be: Worthington Christian – DR 3/11-18/2027
    • If you are submitting applications for more than one person using the same e-mail address you need to begin again each time using the link and then you will choose “New person”.
    • After your application has been submitted you will receive 2 emails. The first saying it was successfully submitted for approval.  The second email will say it has been approved, and you have been added to the trip. You will not see your trip in Managed Missions until your application has been approved. Approvals are processed each business day Monday-Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. Applications submitted after hours or on the weekend will be approved the following business day.
  • Half of Trip Cost Due in SCORE Account: December 1 – We CANNOT reserve your flight and thus, your spot on the trip, without this payment.
  • Final Trip Payment Due in SCORE Account: January 20
  • Questions:

Graduation (May 30, 2027)

  • Graduation Week:
  • Cap and Gown Orders: Order information will be sent in a separate email later this fall.
  • Senior Calendar: All events related to the senior class are/will be on this Google Calendar (including grad parties!).
  • Grad Parties: If you would like to have your grad party added to the senior Google Calendar, please fill out the WC Senior Grad Party Form. (If there are any changes to your party info after turning in the form, you can contact Chelsea Meyers to update the calendar.)
  • Baccalaureate Video – Please submit your pictures for our senior slideshow/video using our Google Album. This is the highlight of our Baccalaureate every year! These pictures should feature the class from any and all years at WC (Seder Feast, 5th Grade Camp Out, Rube Goldberg, class trips, Gala, etc.). Think more group photos rather than individual as we would like to showcase as many students as possible.
    • If you do not send in any pictures, DO NOT EXPECT TO BE FEATURED IN THE VIDEO. We simply cannot take the time to go through every photo and badger those who have not contributed – This is a problem we have every year and we just don’t have the time! However, we will do our best to feature as many of you as possible and represent the class well.
    • The deadline to submit pictures is THURSDAY, MAY 6. (This is the Thursday after Gala!)
