DadLab
Equipping WC Dads to be intentional family leaders.
Welcome
Worthington Christian’s DadLab is a group of WC Lower School dads who encourage one another in the pursuit of intentional personal relationships with Jesus and their families. DadLab small groups meet five to six times per track, weekly or monthly. Times and locations vary, depending on the group.
Purpose & Structure
WC’s DadLab offers two tracks in sequence. The first focuses on Foundations, and the second focuses on Vision.
Track 1: Foundations
Can you imagine what might be possible if you practiced greater intentionality as a husband & dad?
The first practices of DadLab are designed to build greater intentionality with your time and communication with God, your wife, and your kids.
The Foundations track is focused on your calling as family shepherd. These practices seek to build confidence in your devotional life, healthy communication with your wife, and intentional quality time with your kids.
DadLab Foundation’s track encourages dads to courageously live out their call as a husband and father.
TRACK 2: VISION
What would happen if you and your wife could clearly articulate God’s purposes for your family?
The second set of practices of Dad Lab are designed to encourage and clarify the mission and values of your family, strengthening and and unifying you and your wife in your resolve to build a Gospel-centered family culture.
The Vision track seeks to lay the groundwork for unity in Christ’s love and calling in your family. This track provides guided reflective practices toward marriage, establishing a unified vision to faithfully live and serve in the world as God has called.
