As we begin a new school year, we want to take a moment to highlight a few new faces at WC, as well as some familiar faces stepping into new roles.
Worthington Christian is excited to welcome Jaclyn LoSchiavo as our Administrative Assistant to the Head of School. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Ohio University. Jaclyn comes to us after serving as an Administrative Assistant at Linworth Road Church. Jaclyn and her husband have three children, ages 13, 11, and 9.
We asked staff members several “getting to know you” questions; we hope you enjoy learning a bit more about Jaclyn!
What is the first job you ever had?
We’re Rolling Pretzel Co.
What’s something people might be surprised to find out about you?
I’ve run five marathons.
Who was your favorite teacher in school, and why?
Mrs. Busler, my high school English Teacher. She engaged students in high-level conversations while holding them to high expectations.
What is your favorite home-cooked meal?
Summer: BBQ on the smoker. Winter: Chicken stew with biscuits.
If you could quickly and easily learn any new skill, what would it be?
Play guitar!
What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?
People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.
