Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Worthington Christian School. We require all volunteers to have a criminal background check to provide the safest environment.

Complete and submit the Volunteer Background Check Agreement Form. Your information will be kept confidential. Please read our Volunteer Confidentiality Agreement.
